Swedish Massage
$85 for 60 minutes
Swedish massage decreases stress, promotes relaxation, and addresses areas of tension and tightness. Light, medium, and even deep pressure with therapeutic techniques can be applied to reduce muscle tightness. Each client receives a thorough intake to address specific needs.
Chakra Massage
$85 for 60 minutes
This massage promotes healthy flow of energy through the 7 main chakras. This process aligns body, mind, and soul using aromatherapy, visualization, and light to medium Swedish massage strokes.
Reiki
$85 for 60 minutes
The practice of Reiki moves energy through the body to reduce pain, tension, and cultivate feelings of peace and wellness. The movement of energy balances the body. Hands are placed lightly on the body or hands hover over the body. Clothes are worn during this practice. Some benefits of the practice include deep relaxation, improved sleep, and emotional clarity.
