Reiki
$85 for 60 minutes
The practice of Reiki moves energy through the body to reduce pain, tension, and cultivate feelings of peace and wellness. The movement of energy balances the body. Hands are placed lightly on the body or hands hover over the body. Clothes are worn during this practice. Some benefits of the practice include deep relaxation, improved sleep, and emotional clarity.
